By creating an account or using Untangly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Untangly is an AI-powered wedding seating chart builder. The service includes guest list management, relationship mapping (who should sit together or apart), AI-optimized table assignments, and seating chart export.

We do our best to make the AI optimization helpful, but seating outcomes at actual events are your responsibility. We're a planning tool — not a guarantee.

Accurate information

Please provide accurate information when you sign up. We can't be responsible for problems caused by incorrect account details.

Account security

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think your account has been compromised, email us at hello@untangly.io.

One account per person

Accounts are for individual use. Please don't share your account credentials.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Untangly.

One-time purchases

Untangly uses per-event pricing. When you upgrade, you pay once for that event — there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Pricing

Current plans: Free (no charge), Premium ($24.99 per event), Pro Design Pack ($14.99 add-on). All prices are in USD.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

Refunds

If something isn't working as expected, email us at hello@untangly.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll work something out. We consider refund requests case by case.

Please use Untangly for its intended purpose: planning wedding seating. Specifically, don't:

• Use the service for anything illegal • Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service • Upload malicious or harmful content • Create accounts for bots or automated scripts • Attempt to access another user's data

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

What we own

Untangly owns the service, codebase, design, and branding. You may not copy or redistribute any part of it.

What you own

Your data is yours. Your guest lists, seating charts, and event information belong to you.

Limited license

By using Untangly, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your content.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: your data is yours, we only use it to run the service, and we never sell it.

"As is" service

Untangly is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Seating outcomes

We're not responsible for seating arrangement outcomes at your actual event. The AI makes suggestions based on the information you provide — final decisions are always yours.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. When you do, your data will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If that happens, we'll let you know unless doing so isn't possible.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Untangly after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
